Our approach encourages letting go of unhealthy restriction and external food rules while learning to trust our bodies and what they need.

With focus on not just what you eat, but why you eat it, we go beyond simple lifestyle hacks and healthy recipes (though you’ll find plenty of those here too!), as we explore the connection between nutrition and the mind.

KARA BOLON

Kara is a Licensed Dietitian, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and the founder of Nutrimsa. She is committed to supporting her clients as they improve their relationship with food by learning how to listen to and nourish their bodies. 

 

Kara believes that a mindful, integrative approach to health coupled with having the tools to prepare wholesome foods yourself can lead to a more fulfilling life.

In one-on-one coaching sessions with Kara you'll discover a sense of peace surrounding food and movement. Together we examine your existing relationship with food and create an actionable plan to achieve your health goals with ease. The body is not something to be fixed. GROUP PROGRAMMING
THE MINDFUL
METHOD

The Mindful Method is Nutrimsa’s group programming that supports a stressed-out, burnt-out, anxious generation. In this 10 week program, we explore our relationship with food, enjoy seasonal, nourishing recipes, learn how to implement healthy habits and routines, and discover stress management practices for lasting change.

"The Mindful Method has truly allowed me to change my relationship with food and with my body. There is so much conflicting information out there on diets and how we “should” be eating. This program provides such valuable information on what intuitively eating a balanced diet to honor your body truly means. I now see that the most optimal way of eating means something different for everybody. The Mindful Method teaches you how to uncover that delicate art for yourself.

 

With The Mindful Method, I have developed a much greater appreciation for balance and moderation. I have made meal planning into a fun practice of nourishment rather than a grueling cycle of restriction and binging.
