With focus on not just what you eat, but why you eat it, we go beyond simple lifestyle hacks and healthy recipes (though you’ll find plenty of those here too!), as we explore the connection between nutrition and the mind.

KARA BOLON
MS, LDN
Kara is a Licensed Dietitian, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and the founder of Nutrimsa. She is committed to supporting her clients as they improve their relationship with food by learning how to listen to and nourish their bodies.
Kara believes that a mindful, integrative approach to health coupled with having the tools to prepare wholesome foods yourself can lead to a more fulfilling life.

In one-on-one coaching sessions with Kara you'll discover a sense of peace surrounding food and movement. Together we examine your existing relationship with food and create an actionable plan to achieve your health goals with ease. The body is not something to be fixed. It's a miracle to be celebrated.

METHOD
The Mindful Method is Nutrimsa’s group programming that supports a stressed-out, burnt-out, anxious generation. In this 10 week program, we explore our relationship with food, enjoy seasonal, nourishing recipes, learn how to implement healthy habits and routines, and discover stress management practices for lasting change.
