Simple Sautéed Dates

Looking for a quick appetizer to impress guests? Try these Simple Sautéed Dates


  • 6-8 dates (2-3 per person)

  • olive oil

  • flaky salt (like Maldon sea salt)

  • Greek yogurt (dairy-free almond-based or regular if you eat dairy)


  1. fill a small saucepan with enough oil to cover the bottom and heat on medium

  2. add in dates and cook until warmed through, about 1 minute on each side

  3. reserve warm oil and pour some on yogurt

  4. top with flaky salt, serve warm
