WHAT'S INCLUDED?

The ten-week program is comprised of six modules that cover intuitive eating, nutrition, cooking, habits and routines, stress management, and more. Participants receive downloadable worksheets for each module, hours of video content, weekly emails and check-ins from Kara, 1:1 sessions with Kara, group forums with other participants, a meal guide with over 30 original recipes created by Kara, and more. 

 

WHO IS THE MINDFUL METHOD FOR?

This program is for you if you ever feel guilt or shame for what you eat and are on a never-ending start and stop diet cycle, if you're confused by nutrition guidelines and how to properly nourish your body, if you don't have a clear vision of where you want to be in terms of your health goals, or if you're constantly clouded by stress and overwhelm.

WHAT IS THE COST OF THE PROGRAM?

The Mindful Method costs $499/season and is billed in three installments of $167. Participants paying in full receive 10% off.

DOES THE PROGRAM HAVE TO BE DONE ON CERTAIN DATES AND AT SPECIFIC TIMES?

While the program is designed to be completed in sequential order, and Kara will email you weekly about specific content, TMM is self-paced. There is nothing you have to turn in or complete, no homework. So if you have a week where you just don’t have the time or mental energy for something outside of work and your personal life, you can pick back up with it the next week. You’ll have access to all of the content for 3 additional months once the program ends.
